The former One Direction member was scheduled to give his first solo television interview on Friday, January 29. Malik canceled the event because of “scheduling” issues. The show was supposed to be pre-recorded Thursday, January 28, and Malik was going to appear alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones, Will Smith, and Ryan Reynolds.
